Bio
Sarah Fiore is an award-winning singer, songwriter, instrumentalist, and producer from Dover, Pennsylvania. Named Best Female Artist of 2022 by the Central PA Music Hall of Fame, Sarah is known for her prolific stream of moving melodies, salt-of-the-earth vocals, and true lyrical artistry. Her most recent solo album, Appalachia Blues (2023), is her most compelling and versatile collection of songs yet. The opening track, Lonesome Sparrow–a bright, folk-pop love song about the beckoning of new love, unexpected– was selected as a finalist in the 2023 Rocky Mountain Songwriter Contest, and a semi-finalist in the international Unsigned Only Music Competition (2023). The album's title track, Appalachia Blues, was also selected as a semi-finalist in the Screenshot Category.
Sarah also leads the award-winning folk/roots band, Big Sky Quartet, which performs throughout the Eastern United States, has released multiple albums, and was recently awarded Best Folk Band (2021) by the Central PA Music Hall of Fame.
Sarah is a landscaper by day, pro patroller in winter, and lover of cats, bikes, motocamping, and finding adventure in every season.
